Do guys that cat-call women actually think that women like that stuff or is it that they are like bullies who take pleasure on heckling people to annoy them like in middle and high school? (lemmy.ml)

It's basically bullying like you say. They enjoy the power they hold over a woman to be able to say degrading things about her without consequence.
