For your argument about other names and patches that have more direct connections: this roots to the idiotic decision of matching labeling for being Nazi for the sake of trolling and ragebaiting Russians. Not the smartest move, but labeling Ukrainians Nazi because of this is even more idiotic. They are Nationalists. Nationalists don't do invasive territory expansions(like Russia or Israel) and don't think that they are better than others(like Russian chauvinism or Israel supremacy ideology).
