The 10 new jobs created will pay an average of $150,000 per year.

If this promise isn't part of a contract, it's worthless. I don't see any suggestion that it's part of a contract.

But I eat paste, I don't know how anything really works.

They're not even building a new DC, they're expanding existing ones. Ten jobs, for that?
