They forgot the part where the product has to be worthwhile to buy like adding cool new features or quality of life improvements maybe even online multiplayer to make it worth buying. But no its gonna be the rom repackaged in a shitter emulator likely running entirely on stolen emulator code like everything else Nintendo has done.
