Broken icon named PersonAdd, where the head is leaning heavily and a plus i placed on the chest. The person looks like they're dying.

I didn't ask AI to generate new icons, but to extract SVG code from individual icons wee decided to use and migrate my existing icon components to the new SVG code. It's monkey work and I wanted to see if it could manage.
