thank you, this may get me a new mouse, because the one I'm using for drawing is quite broken, left button only works if you click it really hard which made me squeeze one of its eyeballs out by accident.

Have you considered a supportive device for the works or conceptual ideas, like a general tablet (e.g. a great one I had a chance to use for drawings was Xiaomi Pro 7 with its official stylus and case with trackpad), or an actual drawing tablet like Wacom, the vendor (e.g. Wacom One new version)?
These supported me in addition to the always ineffably magnificent and charming wooden pencils and oil, too!
