I dont think a company will ever stand up for minorities they have almost always only ever paid lip service to it through “company values” that everybody knows is bullshit. Where I work they go on about it all the time about being inclusive and behind the scenes the most bigoted sexist racist shits you will ever meet and absolutely no recourse. We’ve raised concerns about our own resident nazi and he isnt even useful yet no action taken even for the most egregious statements. At least nobody on the team likes him so thats a plus
