Maybe if they become grotesquely stupid enough the people in the military will grow to hate them too and align with us at least tactically and temporarily to depose them. It can't feel good to get bossed around by someone who mispronounces nuclear.

    I would imagine that the military would be just as CHUDified as the civilian government, if not more so. A lack of education and promoting of anti-intellectualism and ignorance is always bad, even when our enemies are the ones doing it. They aren't going to just be making themselves suffer, they'll be making everyone else suffer as well.
