I loathe clickbait titles. The statement:

For the avoidance of doubt, the reference to ‘Bubba’ in this correspondence is not, in any way, a reference to former President Bill Clinton,” Mark Epstein said in an apparent statement, shared by Shamsian on social media late Saturday.

Any attempt to conflate that reference with President Clinton, or to read sweeping implications onto them, misrepresents both the purpose and the tone of the original correspondence. I want to be absolutely clear on this point so that the public record is not distorted and so that speculation does not unfairly implicate people who are not actually being referenced in those communications.

    Until he provides clear representation of both the purpose and tone of the original correspondence and who or what Bubba reallu is, I don't see a reason to not believe that it is Clinton.

    Depends what they got for doing it. Sounds to me like an initiation ritual/insurance policy for joining a secret club... what secret club might they have both been a part of where they would think that was a worthwhile entrance fee?

    Well for me, the fact that an hour before it leaked, trump had 3 outbursts, one to the repulicans that are trying to get it released, one to the democrats about the same thing but more desperate and deranged sounding than normal, and one directly about how they are gonna look into bill clintons ties to epstein.... all an hour before we found out what he was mad about.... like we didn't even have to guess it was bill, trump basically told us by having no self control.

    So, I guess he got a heads up about what was gonna leak.

    This also explains to me why he's so freaked out about the Epstein files in the first place. I don't think he really understands how strongly a lot of his bade feels about the pedophilia.

    Letting slip that he gave a blowjob, though? I can see him panicking endlessly about that getting out.

    That's super weak reasoning, though. Clinton has been associated with Epstein in the past. If Trump wants to deflect from scrutiny about his dealings with Epstein, he's going to try to point people at Clinton. He's done it before! If he wants to deflect about something Epstein had on him involving what he was doing with Clinton, he's not going to point everyone to Clinton.

    I think if you believe Trump blew Clinton you probably think Vance fucks couches.

    I definitely wouldn't say it's a certainty, but it's a pretty strong coincidence to have all three of those sudden outbursts back to back out of the blue if they are completely unrelated. And even if that didn't happen the odds were already high enough before making that connection.

    That behaviour is very much in-line with those types of clubs. Whether the illegal thing be drugs, or sex stuff, or just the actual real life secret political clubs that were only about corruption and collusion, which sound super tame now, but are already bad enough. And those clubs do very often end up coming out that they were still infiltrated with spies, or started by spies in some cases. Like, these aren't uncommon or brand new, they have been around for thousands of years.

    It's actually very believable.

    Eh, torture in any form doesn't work. Unless your goal is the torture itself.

    Everyone talks under torture, but no one tells the truth, they simply say whatever the torturer wants to hear, because that's the fastest way to end the torture.

    Now, I am in favor of anyone advocating for torture going through it themselves. You'd eventually see much less torture in the world.
