Usually only occurs in young children, but, you can be so constipated that you vomit feces.

    I'm a nurse homie. I'm very aware of a lot of the gross things bodies are capable of

    ETA: feces smelling burps are a sign of an intestinal blockage, we really appreciate you sharing that with us early in the hospital before your bowels perforate
