I'm a nurse homie. I'm very aware of a lot of the gross things bodies are capable of
ETA: feces smelling burps are a sign of an intestinal blockage, we really appreciate you sharing that with us early in the hospital before your bowels perforate
I was working in a hospital once when a guy with a severe internal gastric bleed threw up feces and 'coffee ground emesis'
Very gross.
