I am currently trying to fit that on my phone somehow. I wish I could just omit the index database at the end that can't be split it seems. I have to keep it, but when it's split up, it doesn't work anyway (search is broken that way) (https://github.com/openzim/zim-tools/issues/295). My phone can only do FAT32 for SD cards...
