I don't have a problem with pronouns that are unique, but don't use words that have different meanings. Make new words if the current ones are insufficient.

I mean that application is a little pandering, just a custom field is fine. The world is unfortunately not a safe space though, so there is something to say about a company displaying that they are at least attempting to create an equitable work environment is not nothing.

But I think most otherwise reasonable adults are going to find addressing someone in a business environment as Fae/Fear difficult with a straight face. Is that wrong? Idk
