I used this for the chess https://www.nextchessmove.com/, and you will find paul soon, just dont delete him by accident. The syntax was Qh6+ for the chess but it will differ for you

It highlights all the elements in your password. You need to find their atomic numbers. And then add other elements to add it up to 200. If you search for "atomic number 100" duckduckgo will give you Fermium (Fm), for example.
