MODERATORS
Reading the article makes it seem that that the bylaws officers are Karen's and it would be "easy to fix" if someone more climate conscious and educated replaced them. However, I wonder if this goes deeper like neighbors worried about resale value or something and bylaws offiers are scapegoat.
