I know I'm not in trouble, but I do feel bad that I'm probably the reason blahaj.zone will defederate with hexbear. I just thought they had an insane take on what hexbear was and posted it in the_dunk_tank. I included a link because I am not a LIB

but also I am a LIB and so are all of you and I'm sorry for that as well.

some people here definitely use mobile apps but I'm not one of them... once the PR goes through to fix federated emoji CSS that our devs put together then the standard web UI should show them correctly on any instance, but until then they're going to be big.

If your app is showing them not just big but also mangled like you describe you may want to put in a bug report with the developer though.

    I have put in a report, but this app handles other things very poorly as well and doesn’t have direct messages at all, so I’m looking for a change anyway :)

    I assume they were mangled because there were so many in a row (it looked like a lot of them anyway), which caused the app to create a single image link for them rather than trying to render them.
