How can the shareholders be confident in infinite exponential growth without an ever growing pool of labor and consumers? Never you mind whether anybody is prosperous enough to afford to be consumers. That's an issue we can wait until next quarter to worry about. By then, we'll have laid off half of the laborers and replaced them with AI. What's that? If everybody is laying off laborers in favor of AI, who will be left to buy our products and services, you ask?
