I currently pay for a google domain at a cheap rate of like $13 a year. I want to keep it cheap and make sure I can just point it to my box. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] qaz@lemmy.world 1 point 3 years ago (1 child) Cloudflare doesn't support every TLD's, but they don't have any markup on top of the ICANN fees that every register must pay, so they will probably be one of the cheapest. I use Cloudflare myself for DNS, Tunnels and anti-bot measures, but my main domain is not registered with them because it's included in my web hosting plan. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 1 child comment replies: [–] flames5123@lemmy.world 2 points 3 years ago Yea, I don’t need anything but a register to the site and access to the DNS record to point to an IP that I can change sometimes. No special anything past that. permalink fedilink source parent
