It's that time again. What's everyone brewing? It's May so depending on where you live there might be some interesting herbs available right about now.

brewed a batch of imperial brow ale yesterday with og pf 1.070 and calculated to be about 35 IBU with simcoe and mt hood hops. now hoping that my years old dry yeast works :D

thinking of making a second batch of something soon this week, ideas mich appreciated
