Walmart will raise prices. For them to post a lesser profit than last year would be less desirable to them than pissing off consumers (and trump). Profit always wins. The consumers will grumble and keep buying like they have been for decades. A good portion of the type of people who shop at Walmart will simply blame the Democrats.
