im fed up with everything. I decided to hospitalize myself bc i cant take it no more, im extremely exhausted from life. Im a burden to everyone, i deserve no other outcome

    I understand what it feels like to think you don’t deserve anything good, but please be open to the idea that you could be wrong.

    Maybe it’s not as important to get what you think you deserve. Another way of thinking about it is relearning to accept and reject the things that are given to you.
