Personally, I find your whole thing of staying within the letter of "civility" while going "I'm not touching you" and talking down to everyone incredibly annoying, worse than if you just told people to go fuck themselves.
Man, user tags are so fucking helpful. I already had OP tagged with “Top-Tier Sealion” in reference to this webcomic:

Sealioning is a specific type of trolling, where the user baits their target into a bad faith argument, under the guise of civility. Then when their target gets tired of answering their endless demands for proof and sources, and pops off, the Sealion plays the victim and claims that they were remaining civil while the target was the one who got angry. Basically, “just asking questions” puts all of the burden for the argument on the target. So the target is pressed into spending a lot of time and effort answering, only for the Sealion to move the goalposts and demand more proof.
Before I even read the post, I knew it was going to be some sort of “I was banned but I was just asking questions and was civil the whole time” complaint. Sealioning is such a common method of trolling that there’s even a Wikipedia page about it. The sad part is that OP seems to genuinely believe that they’re not trolling, and sees their Sealioning as justified.
