MODERATORS
In this case it doesn't matter because the others don't give mult up there. The spades one gives mult while scoring the spades cards (before all jokers) and the others don't directly give mult anyway.
In general it is beneficial to have times multiple as late as possible so yes to the right of the hand/joker slots.
