How to make a call using a land line phone. That made me feel very old.

    Push-button phone or (gasp) rotary?

I've also heard that kids have difficulties with reading analog clocks.

That's an older one tho, most places had already transitioned to mainly digital when I was in school many many moons ago, I can read an analog clock but it takes a minute to think about it, whereas I'd assume being more ingrained you'd be much quicker at telling the time.

Out of curiosity, where/when was that? All my schools (in the northeast U.S., in the 90s and 00s) had analog clocks in every classroom. I remember them vividly, as I'd spent many an hour staring at them, wishing they'd move faster.

2000's to 2010's It transitioned over time, I remember my elementary school had a small tube TV in each classroom that had a slideshow with school related news and always displayed the time digitally, but several of the classrooms also had analog clocks, I assume now that was if the teacher chose to put one in there as decor?
