The hands are a giveaway
Oh God I didn't see the duck hands till now. Holy shit
A rubber duck could have as bad hands as you'd want. It's the guy's hand that has a finger at the wrong place.
The guy's right hand is also a classic ai-glitch. Thought Midjourney had this figured out by now ...

Also style overall, ai seems to really love hard lights and shadows
Also just the texture is a giveaway
