Yeah I often joke that natives are the black people of Canada, but it's sad there's still so much injustice for natives here in Canada. My best friend was killed by a truck driver while he was trying to ride his bike to work in the morning and they never even charged the guy, as far as I know he's still driving around. Burying him was more painful than having a kidney stone and the fact that he won't see justice because he's native and cops don't care is just salt on the wound.
