someone who has been let down by the “leftwing” candidates before election ? only time when voters have any leverage.

Wrong. We have leverage in the local party board voting. We have leverage in the local municipal elections. We have leverage in state legislature and governor elections. We have leverage in the primaries.

Once the primaries are over, we have no leverage and we should do all we can to prevent the fascists from winning at all costs.

agree, we can’t let fascism win at any cost. even at the cost of an election that requires unconditional support from its voters for a genocide.

Your logic is: defeat fascism by letting the fascists win?

Well, for one thing, my Mexican, gay and trans friends don’t have to be worried that they’ll be rounded up and deported or worse.

Of course it’s not ideal. But we have to play the hand we’re dealt. And we were dealt a two party system.

And until you’re ready to go up against tanks and fighter jets and bunker busters and knife missiles, I don’t see how you guys can just sit there and complain. Start your revolution already, if you think you can win.

Or just fucking vote, you goddamned babies!

Well, for one thing, my Mexican, gay and trans friends don’t have to be worried that they’ll be rounded up and deported or worse.

I'm gay and trans and one of my partners is Puerto Rican. Biden intensified Trump's border and deportation policies: https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2024/mar/08/alejandro-mayorkas/has-biden-deported-more-people-in-nine-months-than/

    Of course it’s not ideal.

"Not ideal" would be if they were merely as bad as Republicans. Pretending to be on our side while being worse than the Republicans is a real feat.

But we have to play the hand we’re dealt. And we were dealt a two party system.

If someone tries to force you into choosing between bad and worse, the correct response is not to pick the lesser evil, it is to spit in the face of both your captors.

And until you’re ready to go up against tanks and fighter jets and bunker busters and knife missiles, I don’t see how you guys can just sit there and complain. Start your revolution already, if you think you can win.

Or just fucking vote, you goddamned babies!

Calling people names when you're trying to get them on your side doesn't seem very effective..

Of course not. You posted a wall of text in response to a very simple question and captioned it "This is good."

If you have a point, please do make it. XD

If you're talking about your other post, you'll find I responded to it line-by-line, and then you called me a Lib. XD

Ok, fine. Then in that case, why are you arguing so hard with me? You know my fight is not with you.

I enjoy political discussion and will happily argue just for the sake of it.

Also, the faces of liberals and other right-wingers turn all sorts of interesting colors when you explain basic political realities to them, like how the Democrats are fascists on par with the Republicans.
