Is it just me or did Lemmy suddenly became more active now that Sync for Lemmy is released? (lemm.ee)

I don't know if this is just a placebo effect, but it feels like there's a lot more socialization and faster upvotes in the past hour Sync was released.

Yes because the shit that shows up inside of sync is the same way that it did on Reddit. For a lot of users, I bet Reddit was sync. The shit that shows up inside the users probably don't care where it comes from.

    It definitely was to me. I didn't even really use desktop reddit. I basically stopped using reddit when sync went down. Let's see where this lemmy thing goes. But everything looking and feeling the same makes the switch easy. The content will hopefully come. Just curating my feed, finding what to sub to etc is just a lot of work. It will probably take ages.
