"Old school"... well, I guess a lot of old schools WERE segregated...
Not just a racist, but a coward who only has enough shame to not say it out loud but not enough to reconsider the whole situation.
I pass as white-ish enough and speak articulately so a lot of white techbros around Silicon Valley felt comfortable enough to tell me about their feverish dreams of thousand-to-infinity year tech Reichs, too.
I'm talking "passive eugenics" suggestions like only giving social services to poor people with promising attributes 
or even just to their offspring who could be uplifted by apprenticeship with affluent mentors like themselves.
