The whole "you do have space it's just being used by something else" And while I agree that the use of my lawn and driveway are not a good use of space, it's just not practical to have a homestead like the one shown in our current suburb. Which is what I'm assuming the 1/10th of a lot of land will be in. Because if you're anywhere in a rural area that can have a plot laid out in this style you'll most likely also be working on more than a tenth of an acre. permalink fedilink source parent
