The method relies on using a device (usually a ring) to push the testicles hiver in your body, and the temperature there is enough to stop spermatogenesis. The current method involves stopping every 3 years for at l'East 6 months to ensure production returns to normal. There is no documented side effect, though it should be noted that as always in this area, fully documented medical trial are pending.
