Thanks everyone for sharing your honest opinions! I really appreciate all the feedback.

I understand that a physical keyboard is better for regular use, and KDE Connect already offers some great functionality.

My main idea was to create something that works directly over Bluetooth without requiring any companion software on the PC.

I also found the TV remote, media controls and gaming use cases really interesting. I hadn't considered some of these situations before!

This feedback gives me some good ideas for improving the app. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experiences! 😊

    I'm curious how many people here use their phones to control their computers.

    Imagine being able to use your Android phone as a wireless keyboard, mouse and trackpad without installing additional software on your PC.

    Some additional controls could include:

    Media playback

    Presentation controls

    Gamepad

    Numpad

    Custom PC shortcuts

    I recently built an Android app around this idea called PC Bluetooth Keyboard & Mouse.

    I'm an independent Android developer, and I recently launched my first Android app: PC Bluetooth Keyboard & Mouse.

    The idea is simple: turn your Android phone into a wireless keyboard, mouse and trackpad for your PC, laptop or other compatible Bluetooth devices.

    Features include:

    Bluetooth keyboard and mouse

    Touchpad and scrolling controls

    Media playback controls

    Gamepad controls

    Presentation remote

    Numpad and useful PC shortcuts

    One of my main goals was to make it work without requiring additional software on the computer.

    I built this because I wanted a simple way to control a computer using a phone, especially when sitting away from the desk.
