Depends.
You are eligible to receive free care through the VA for anything you are service connected for. If you haven't talked with a VSO, I would talk with one to see if you qualify for anything beyond 10%. I had a buddy i recently met who had been sitting at 10% for almost 10 years, I encouraged him to look into it again based on what he was telling me about what issues he had been having since service, he's now at 80% and possibly going to hit 100%. He had really bad rater and wasn't working with a VSO the first time.
An example, tinnitus is a very common issue that gets you 10%, this qualifies you for free hearing aids, and they are pretty great. I don't notice the ringing when I wear them, and they are bluetooth, so I can take phone calls and listen to music.
You don't qualify for dental care unless you are either 100%, or are service connected for a dental disability.
I believe that any service connected disability qualifies you for vision care through the VA (based on my reading of the VA website), but I have never personally used this.
Visiting your local VSO can help you determine the specifics of your situation.
