Chinese cars often being more affordable to lower income families; Germany prefers to prohibit diesel cars in certain parts of cities, just excluding poor ppl

I work in the field of the electrification. There are annual grants for buying hybrid or electric vehicles in my country aiming at up to 80.000€ annual income. That is lower middle class in my country, that doesn't help any low income single raising mother with three kids.
