I'm always confused about memes like this. Is the joke that the paladin is saying a prayer but doesn't know the real meaning behind what they say but the warlock does and they are saying some weird shit?

    More about the Warlock being confused as to why the Paladin knows the language of demons (which is a sound tactical ability in my opinion, know you enemy and all that)

    Depends on the lore of the demons it was learned from.

    What did the paladin offer for this knowledge? How does that impact their oath?

    That being said, I'm sure there are plenty of nerds wizards or other scholars who could teach it.
