Can we make a new rule, such that if a GOPer says it, we assume it is false unless and until they provide a significant level of proof to go along with their statement. Then if that proof can be verified, we assume that they stole the information from someone else. Those in favor?
And, I really doubt that any states ever have allowed that.
Maybe he can be the first to experience it then.
