In an ideal world I’d add a high horsepower sport tourer and a light low displacement dual sport
Like a Kawasaki versys 1000 kind of sport tourer or more like a GSX-S1000GT? I've got a versys and it's great.
I’m thinking Concours or FJR 1300
n+1 bikes always
I also have a 1200GS with Jesse Bags. They don't look great but they're tough.
