The early voting for the Midterms is now available in many places. You can early vote at a polling place: https://www.eac.gov/voters/register-and-vote-in-your-state

Or you can use mail-in voting: https://www.eac.gov/voters/national-mail-voter-registration-form

It's highly recommended to avoid election day voting in person, and vote early.

I would avoid the mail for this vote.

Or drop it off at a ballot box directly, if you can.

My local early voting locations seem to vary from election to election. I found my nearest one today, and will vote tomorrow. I also downloaded a sample ballot, and looked up the various judges, amendments, and bonds on the ballot and filled out my sample ballot so I know how I'm voting. I just saved an image of both sides to my phone, since I don't have a printer anymore.

I sent mine by mail, but I did so like a month ago, and then confirmed the clerk received it. I’d probably do a ballot box now

edit: I have no idea how the voting there works, so this might not be applicable.
