Two different scales means the crossover point is meaningless, but the trend is correct.

    these two stats in particular also aren't really interesting because they are both normal signs of a growing business. the business expenses diversify and the margin goes up to stabilise the business. the employee vs employer compensation graph is much more telling.

    not that any of that matters to op, they're just mindlessly copying shit from reddit.

    While you are correct about the Reddit part, the other part is only correct if you can expand your business with less people than you started with, because the graph includes startups and new business units we know that isn’t the case. What’s happening is people are being laid off and then rehired at less pay or they arent getting a cost of living raise and other things like that.

    Ussually they call it a k shape because they normalize both lines on the left side and as time progresses one line goes up and the other falls
