Bats, lizards, frogs, toads, and spiders.

Roaches, fleas, bedbugs, termites, and ants are other common household infestations that those spiders in your walls would love to (help) keep under control for you (when it comes to ticks we gotta talk about chickens but that's a whole different post).

Understanding the material world you've been subjected to means understanding which organisms in this simulation are actually on your side.
