A longtime Boeing employee is suing the company, alleging it retaliated against him after he reported safety, quality and compliance concerns involving military aircraft to Boeing leaders and federal agencies.

Randall Fauver filed the complaint Friday in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. The lawsuit brings claims under federal whistleblower, false claims and family medical leave laws.
