I'd call it 'performative masculinity.' Like the dentist who killed an aged lion that most people treated like a pet, or the billionaires who went to the Titanic in an obviously unsafe submarine.

A lot of their leadership has never had to hammer a nail or deliver a couch to the fifth floor.

    That first chart is hilarious. They think we have become to soft but secretly believe themselves to be the cause of that softness and in need of the boosters.

    I still think it's a correlation with Covid. They wouldn't get vaccinated, so they're facing the damages.

    They think society has gotten too soft because it no longer grants them the unlimited right to abuse women, children, minorities, and anyone else they feel like hurting.
