Jordan reserves 9 parlimentary seats for Christians, out if 138. That's 6.5% of seats for a group that makes up 2-3% of the population.

In Iraq, it's only 5 out of 329, or ~1.6% for a group that makes up 0.3-0.6%

In Lebanon, christians hold 64 parlimentary seats out of 128, or exactly 50%, despite making up only 31-33% of the population. And the president must be christian.

In Israel, there are no reserved seats for "Arabs", and they currently hold about 9.1% of seats despite representing 21.7% of the population.

It's literally in the Israeli Constitution that all Jews and only Jews can be are Israeli Nationals (edit: all Jews are per the constitution Israeli nationals, which is why any Jew can just land on the Tel-Aviv airport and ask for and get Israeli nationality).

Non-Jews in Israel can only be Non-Jewish Israeli Citizens which is something different in that country and has fewer rights than a national (for example, they have to apply if they want to move to live in some places and can be refused).

So at its very core Israel is and has been from the start an Apartheid state.

It's not another country in any real sense of the word; in practice both the West Bank and Gaza are semi-autonomous territories of Israel, the difference being that the West Bank is more or less obedient while Gaza is in rebellion. Palestine as a sovereign state is a legal fiction so in practice it's all Apartheid.

Banning opposition parties, yes. But banning ethnic groups - that's the definition of apartheid and it's literally the crux of the problem in Palestine.
