They’re just a group of surgeons.

Yeah, I DEFINITELY get a "health care professionals" vibe from these "nasty" people 😁

You don’t know. This could be in Arkansas. 🤷

You mean that Arkansas doesn't have any health care professionals?

I'd expect that sort of shit from Mississippi, but Arkansas? That's the state where the Clintons enjoyed slave labor!

I was once in a restaurant, next to a group of pathologists, and they wouldn't shut the fuck up about their work.

I wanted to talk to them about the correct use of quotation marks but they kept calling me a variety of organs.

Plenty of people mentioned this is a Montana number. Which is true. But importantly, the 221 prefix is for numbers in Butte.

Butte's not that big a town (any more - in the early 1920s, it was the largest city west of the Mississippi), so it should be reasonbly possible to find the diner they're in...

The challenge is this could be a much older photo/faked/etc. It could even be in Rocker or Walkerville (which is a joke. No one would dare eat food prepared in Walkerville)...

Ugh...I want to know, but my internet sleuthing is WEAK!
