    The boss's song:

(to the tune of Little Teapot)

    I'm a little fascist

    Hear me out

    This is my ego

    This is your fault

When I get all worked up

    Hear me shout!

    Be more grateful

    Or get the fuck out

I'm a very special big boy

    Don't you know?

    Make me look dumb

    And it will show

I can turn a chance boon

    Into a rout

    Question my strategery

    And you're out!

"We think that middle-management employee and cops have distinct interests than other workers" That line came from the previous website of the CFE CGC, the french "trade union" of managers and cops. It's cops federation is a fascist one, and their help engineer from the metropolis getting job in colonized area instead of autochtones people

I have never been able to understand how the people in the US are under the misconception that they're living in a democracy with freedom, when the reality is that almost all of them are living in a dictatorship of their employer.

And then on top of that, they refuse to allow the government to restrict their employer so that they as an employee can actually have rights.

    The reasoning is backward.

I don't. Was just unlucky enough to be born here. Most of us share this exact same sentiment, but bills gotta get paid and at least where I live the unhoused people get disappeared. I get involved with politics and try what I can, but you only have so much time and energy.

    Pardon my language.

No, most of us fucking don't share that sentiment at all, and that's part of the problem. I wish everyone felt like that. People here are conditioned to believe it's their own fault they don't have that perfect job. We think we're lucky to be born someplace with so much choice. We have the highest GDP!

then get together, bury your boss, and run the factory yourselves.
You can buy you bills as soon as you seize your means. Getting shit done together IS how you liberate yourselves.

So get fired, fix nothing, and possibly some prison time. On the plus side the rent, food, and medical issues would be resolved. For real I hear what you are saying but I'm not sure you quite understand what it would take to make something happen and this is with precedent at least towards unions. Even with large strikes. It would take far more people than I and everyone I know that would be willing trying to get others to for this to work. I'm not saying I won't but looks at bank account I've got enough to run for 2 weeks in the bank with no opportunity for more. There is no gov assistance here or at least one that can cover even the average rent alone for a max of 2 months in your LIFE. Food? Hahaha medical? Hahahhaha so yeah open to options, but I'm not a martyr. Something you non us people seem to forget is how concentrated most places are like France with Paris that's it you protest in one city and get things done. We don't have that luxury. We also do not have that culture. We do not have that small of a place to organize. One area falls short and none of this works out. Logistically it's a nightmare to even think about. Revolutions of that size are not started in a year or even years. Those are in the size of decades and you might get a part of the country to split off maybe. For work related things most of these companies would rather shut down camp and reopen under another name than let a union form. They have fired entire campuses before just to avoid it then hire up in no time to replace you. This isn't like it is out there.

Do I think most of my fellow Americans are sitting on their asses? Absolutely. Do I think most even give a shit enough to vote let alone start a movement or be a part of one? Haha hell no we got less than 33% turnout to even vote. People in my area actually just up and vanish when they even talk about this. We are working on it but you all either need to be patient or drop the bombs yourself if that schedule isn't for you.

Why would you be fired when you are your own boss‽ Prison should have been abolished a long time, or do you think it should exist?

All of you are your own bank, you don't need a fractional reserve larcenist to maintain your finances.

We also do not have that culture. We do not have that small of a place to organize. One area falls short and none of this works out. Logistically it’s a nightmare to even think about. Revolutions of that size are not started in a year or even years. Those are in the size of decades and you might get a part of the country to split off maybe.

Then time to get started. You are not alone, you're not the only person hurting, you're needed.

They are also class traitors. If they’re not vanguarding the proletariat, they deserve the guillotines too.
