If the cons were acting in even the least amount of good faith here, they'd be teeing this up for years down the road so everyone would actually have time to litigate, consider all the trade-offs, and to put measures into place, etc.

But since none of this is in good faith - there is no voter fraud to even talk about here (except their own) and all they want to do is introduce enough chaos to our democratic processes to keep Congress, and to keep the tiny d donnie wrecking ball going.
