I’m a med student, a porn addict and a serious procrastinator. I either chat a lot or scroll mindlessly on my devices.

So I chose to lock away my iPhone and iPad during my prep time. Since I need to study I’ll prefer the old methods but the problem I’ll run into is accessing the internet to know the meanings of terminology used in my text book.

really there’s no google app where I can dictate or there’s no browser app where I can type on my watch. I don’t wanna search in medical dictionary each time I find something hard to understand. I saw a shortcut for accessing Wikipedia web on watch so do help me.

or just simply have some self control and use your phone for studying? it’s not hard AT ALL and if you’re addicted to porn, you should probably seek actual help.

some people struggle a lot with self control especially those diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, and for them locking the source of procrastination away can be the first step to helping.

If this person is a med student and can't get their shit together they probably won't last long.

Even if it were possible, I couldn't see myself tapping on AW display for any productive activity. I'd definitely consider getting a stripped down device with only wikipedia app installed or something to that regard, OR learn to use Focus modes on iPhone, or Pomodoro apps that lock away other phone's features.
