That looks like just an embedded Google Maps widget, and Google Maps shows different names depending on what country you're in.

HERE makes their own maps I believe. The style is Google Maps inspired but I believe they have full control over what the names of things are

The renaming is currently under review with the Geopolitical Policy Board. HERE Maps has previously renamed Gulf of Mexico (or rather, shows both names).
