  • Like in American News they compare everything to something else. The common refrain being we will use anything but the metric system(which I kinda call bullshit on because every science class is taught in metric).

    I think the irl example was "this asteroid is 12 & 1/2 giraffes wide...* Or something along those lines.

    This right here is proof life that will go on, no matter what stupid things humans do to ruin their environment. You would need to melt the entire earth to rid it of all life, and even then I'm not 100% sure every organism would perish.
