Meanwhile, Nvidia co-founder and unlikely working class hero Jensen Huang says he’s “perfectly fine” paying the tax.
“I have not even thought about it once,” Huang, who would owe around $8 billion in taxes, said in a January interview with Bloomberg. “We chose to live in Silicon Valley, and whatever taxes they would like to apply, so be it. I’m perfectly fine with it.”
At least one oligarch understands still being a billionaire with a head is better than being a multi-billionaire until the guillotine drops...
I don't think it's a coincidence Huang's house is clearly made of cards.
He knows that if anyone ever starts calling in loans, there isn't enough money to go around. If offloading billions back into the tax system prolongs the grift and keeps them the wealthiest humans, that's an amazing deal for them.
Which is why it shouldn't be what we're offering them.
Which is a mere 0.03% of his net worth.
This expense is akin to buying a car for anyone else.
