My company is very funny in this regard. They tell us to use it as much as possible... Yet I ran out credits in like 5 prompts.

So it was as much as possible.

it sounds insane though, replace the "ai" with anything else and it would effectively be like telling you to waste companys money as much as possible

Fun read! I think a closed fist with seven fingers would have been a better illustration tough...

Is it beneficial to risk your own job to save your company from its own stupid leadership knowing they'll learn nothing and do something worse down the line?

Asking legitimately.

No, it isn't. Yes, you might think that this is a phase going away soon, but if your company is mandating you to use AI, just do it or search for another job.

Ai sites s hilarious. I am pushing to have an agent installed on each kub pod for first diagnostic. We have an hackaton in a month, this will be hilarious. I plan to chest to win by renting on of the kub host with GPU for the POC. I am pretty sure their chief would be on for having his service becoming unremovable.

its not just ai really. a lot of bs going on. I say people should risk their jobs to not bend to bs. work like you think you should and don't worry about if they think that is good enough. the modern world sucks and we should live in it genuinely as that is the only thing we have left to ourselves.
